Inspired by the ‘’Maroilles’’ cheese, this new creation is made of cow milk and characterized by rustic aromas, a creamy texture, and a nice mix of fruity and warm butter taste.

Its ivory soft paste is covered with an orange-colored washed rind. A must for cheese lovers that appreciate tasty and refined cheeses.

The name ‘’Houde le Patriarche ‘’ is a reference to Louis Houde;  an ancestor of the Houde Family that settled in Nouvelle France in 1642.
